- Twenty-four-year-old recent college graduate, newly married to long-time boyfriend, trying to grapple with being a mother, figuring out what the hell to do for a living, fitting into skinny jeans and finding ten minutes a day to put on makeup. Yay for Addy! I'm curious how you got to this point. I have a 4 month old and starting last night have stopped swaddling him cold turkey because I recenlty found him in the middle of the night wiggling loose and it was covering his face. It's been a rough 2 nights so I'd love to hear your story over the last week cutting out the Nap Nappy! You go girl!

Ashley and Eric B, when I finally stopped swaddling cold turkey it took less than a week to get her to sleep better and then she slept SO much better! Its worth those bad nights, trust me! Stick with it and good luck!
