Halfway Milestone.

>> Sunday, April 11, 2010

Adelyn can now sit-up while holding on to our hands. She's halfway there, halfway to when she can sit-up unassisted, when her flat-head hopefully starts to round out and she doesn't have to stay horizontal quite so much. From there, she goes to college.

It might not sound like such a big deal, but around here it's cause for celebration.

Our little guy is 5 mos. and is almost sitting up alone. He has flat head too LOL. It's funny. The doctor said when he saw his head "well I see he has some good sleep habits". Here's hoping that flat head disappears!

Well better start saving for college momma, :-D

So awesome when the milestones start to happen.

On a side note, and because I'm playing catch up to reading your blog, I just got through reading about your sleep time habits and how she's sleeping through the night and your routine...What do your DAYS look like though? How often does she feed and nap...do you keep her awake before her nightly ritual begins to coax her to sleep more at night? I'm having a hard time with my 5 week old daughter really going to sleep (night time sleep, not naps) before about 11-ish midnight, but I'm wondering if it's because she's napping pretty good at like 7/8 at night?

Just wondered if you had a daytime routine as I'm awful jealous of your being "done" by 8/9 at night, :-D
